This is Beautiful and Insightful Article... Yes being bored at this juncture of this scenario is normal.

But like you mentioned being bored can bring in uninvited problems, so what I do to keep myself occupied .. And this can also be a piece of advice too,

As we grow up we expose ourselves and try out so many things, maybe as the situation demands out of necessity, this is the time to dig and excavate all the hidden talents and brush them up, This can help us in two ways, one to keep us occupied and two maybe leads us to have Options in life if something unexpected strikes us with Crises.

as a kid, all I knew was I was good at drawing and always helped me to secure a better grade back then, but now that I revisit those skills of sketching, I turned out to be as good as professional Artist, and that sense of ART will always apply in every walks of my life which helps me to be creative and aesthetic as possible while doing anything as a part of my professional and personal life.

MARKETING WITH ART is always been the Buzz world these days as Digital marketers are more interested now in using ART to market their brands, which are socially responsible as well, one thing that I understood as a marketeer is that no matter what size or what demographics of the population we consider, everyone will have a sense and the reflection to ART.

Maybe now that I have this in mind, I should start something called Marketing With Art sir @Shailendra after mastering the Art of Marketing.

Thank you for making me a part of your new Journey, I will be always happy to be associated with you in every project

I Love you too

This is a great article Sir. Just wanted your insight about the impact of this Pandemic on our financial system. There was news from IMF that world economy already has entered into a worst recession than the recession happened in 2008.

Corporate giants are spending huge money on compensating their employees and I think this may result a huge down fall in the revenue and at the end of the day this may result in decrease in recruitment. So sir what is your opinion on this?

There has been an overall drop in both supply and demand in goods and services. It is further amplified by the disruption in global supply chain and financial sector meltdown. Companies might look forward to conserving cash to tide over this and hence would have to rationalise some costs including human resource.

On the other hand, for a change now is the time for businesses to show some loyalty to its workforce. This would help in retaining and acquiring great talent. Companies idling now may not have to energy to restart when the conditions improve.

In these gloomy days, Lets bring some light !!

I have been thinking about writing my personal experience on how past few days are changing my perception towards life. Amongst all the damages that “The Virus” has done to us, the most painful one is seeing people loosing their lives. We have grown exponentially in terms of healthcare, technology and even physiological, but have we really??

We haven’t used our Energy resources consciously , this is the time when we have to sit and think, where are we heading ? What do we want from this planet and how can we give back gracefully. From me last few days have been too hectic managing professional, personal and spiritual balance inside me. I have seen people struggling with the boredom, this is so disturbing for me. Are we not seeing what is going in the world ?

These rough days are teaching us that we have to live our life gracefully, we have to be thankful for everything: air which we are breathing, water, food - all the life energies. If this doesn’t open our eyes now, it will be a disaster for humanity !!

Hope we all understand the true value of life and live it fullest. This too shall pass :)

I really liked the logo and the banner, Coach.

Only one thing I would like to say, even if a little I could be and think like you, I would feel grateful. The benevolence you showered towards the situation around, is so heartening.

Loved reading it, Coach!!

What an charismatic newesletter sir!!

This is something which is inspiring for each one of us in these strenuous days. Efforts made like kindness basket reminds me about the same sort of platform which is Anant mandi an ondoor facility made by some of my school friends in collaboration with local farmers in my hometown. During this lockdown period Anant mandi make sure to deliver organic vegetables to people's doorstep which i personally feel is a great initiative taken during this period.

As you rightly pointed out WFH should be seen as a privilege and not as an imposition: In this fast moving era we all are running at flash's speed and trying to achieve our set target with predefined rules and norms made by our companies, colleges, schools etc, this lockdown i feel should be seen as an opportunity to come out of normal pace of thinking and try analyze things and try to find out our inner self with all the creativity and innovation which is within each one of us.

Rest i would like to appreciate the logo as well this is also an example of a creativity which each individual possess it's just we have to find the right approach and upgrade our inner system.

looking forward for your next amazing newsletter.

One of the highlights of this crisis response has been the strength of humanitarian aid by ordinary people. Many have reached out to the disadvantages at the personal risk and have been doing yeoman service. I also agree to your idea that this new normal should be seen as an opportunity to do better.

More power to you.

Truly expressed thoughts. Your gesture has already taken many ahead in their lives since many years and this article is an uplift amid crisis. I am sure your idea of positivism and optimism is going to lure and boost the well being of individual and community.

On the contrary, today I realize the true meaning of 'man is a social animal'. Given all the comforts or deficits in an enclosure is poison and we all live to live the community and family. Without these life is truly lifeless. The moving world around us is the breeze that fulfills everyone's desires and gives a reason to pursue further. We are not the monolith which can meet the ultimate in isolation. The truth remains we are valued only because someone else values and if there is any imbalance in this chain, it is going to be catastrophic. Let's try at each and every level in this chain to maintain this balance to the extent possible. This phase will soon perish with time.

Wish you loads of love, respect and success.

Thanks Praveen for your thoughts. We have to find ways to be in physical isolation for saving us from the pandemic but create more opportunities for creating an inclusive emotional community. And your are right in believing that "This too shall pass".

I am so amazed to know about these platforms Sir, especially the concept of Kindness Basket, these platforms are really empowering people, creating value and assisting everyone in a big way at such a crucial time when the feeling of despair and fear has enveloped us to a great extent!

My personal experience during this ongoing pandemic:

Being a part of the essential service sector, I am regularly going to the bank. When I interact with the customers over calls or meet them when they visit the bank, I can see them suffering on financial and emotional fronts. Witnessing the plight of customers on a daily basis, I really kept on thinking how can I instill a sense of empowerment and a feeling of togetherness in them.

My coping mechanism towards the situation:

Being a practitioner of Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism, I always believe on basing everything on prayers, I did the same this time too. Before going for work, I started chanting for 2 hours to really build a very strong inner self and for courage and strength to well up in me.

I realised that I have to make a very important decison and that was-Hope!

So, I took the determination to be a beacon of hope for everyone around me and conduct dialogues brimming with hope with them.

This practice not only elevated my life state but it really empowered the life in front of me, my relationship with the customers, friends and colleagues went to a different level. I feel that this pandemic has really strengthened my life force and soared my spirits. Therefore, I strongly feel that a spiritual practice at this point of time can really nourish us in all ways!

Thank you so much Sir for sharing such wonderful insights and providing a platform to share one's experiences!
