This is the most beautiful and enriching article I've read in the net in the last few weeks... Thank you Sir for this & definitely so blessed to have you in life! A relationship I'll cherish forever... :) Very well written as always!
In my previous organisation, there was an AI tool who used to contact us and collect data on work satisfaction and was the AI enabled personal assistant of our MD.It was an interesting experiment & experience and now I see similar platform experience being written by you!!
I am sure there was some part of missing in the mountain over the last week as well as this year you will miss out on your yearly ritual of trekking!!
AI driven platform in managing human interactions is a comparatively new experiment and we are yet to see full impact of it. Having said that some of the feedback and review functions could actually be transferred to AI albeit with wide spread training of algorithm.
And of course, I did miss out on my relationship with Mountains in Summer this year but the year is not over yet !
Virtual platform based teaching can not and will never supercede classroom based teaching. To build the relationship, in-person interaction is the key and then platforms can help to nurture. Your weekly reading dose gives new window to think.
Tech mediated interactions are the new normal and for time being we have to make use of the available resources. I am finding it interesting and engaging to use the tech platform including this newsletter.
Insightful ! I still believe in the personal touch and the effect of an in person interaction, no matter all the digital platforms. However, I do believe that these platforms do increase our reach which was not there previously. Facilitator, yes but replacement no. Quality of relationships depends on the willingness to invest yourself personally in them. But these digital platforms do provide tools for such investment which was previously not there even though the willingness might have been.
Love the song shared as the parting note. One of my favourites from one of my favourite movies !
Platforms provide scale and thus may compromise on the personalisation. Willingness to give rather than wait for receiving is the foundation of long lasting relationship.
"Anand" has so many gems- जिंदगी बड़ी होनी चाहिए लंबी नहीं !
I recently had the fortune of reading your article regarding FOMO and platforms & we shall overcome.I can always identify experiences in my own life with those you describe. Its always so well written and gives such amazing practical advice(s). I look forward to reading your next informative work.
Virtual platforms really made all of us connected even in this diconnected time. It was a pleasure to work under your guidance for 3 months during my summer internship. We all 23 people started with a normal conference call and see how the time took a twist, where we all established a very good relationship over zoom and google meet. You not only guided the upcoming managers but also made them realise that " The work must go on" if it is not done directly, no issues it could be done virtually. This positive approach made all of us to be#ReadyForBeyondCovid19World. :)
Wonderful lines sir! Neccessity is always be the mother of invention. This perfectly suits on those matrimonial and dating apps who are providing free of cost service during lockdown.Even present scenario increase the demand of telecommunication sector which were in crisis earlier. So it's really a tough time to say that how industry will change but definitely Charles Darwin concept, survival of the fittest must be applicable in this era of crisis.
Really ur write-up has worked like a bridge in this period of lock down. Ur virtual platform has helped me a lot to prepare my self for the challenges in coming days as I went through the articles. Looking forward for more from you in coming days. Hats off to u dear friend
Really loved your article sir. Got to know a lot about the other virtual platforms and hope we all emerge stronger after this pandemic situation and thank you for sharing this😊
I really loved these lines from a song and i must say that life is all about making and building new connections at every phase. We meet thousands of people throughout our life and some of them become a part of our life in no time while others may not. Thats the beauty of life and i must say social media has really been a game changer for people who live in distant relationships and can barely meet . Social media really helps to connect them but still nothing can match the beauty of old relationships that were formed without social media.
Thanks for sharing about interesting platforms in every newsletter :)
Keep up the good work, Rachna !

Sir, you took us through a very critical yet important part of our MBA. As an MBA intern, I would always be glad to have you as my faculty mentor.
Mentors like you set an example which is perfect indeed, of the LEADERS. I hope to seek your blessings for all my future endeavors.

Now when the situation is about to relax, I would say, it was great receiving your newsletters every Sunday during this lockdown.
Your newsletters made this monotonous life in lockdown, interesting and has been thought provoking.
Once I stepped out of ibs Hyderabad, platform has been the most effective way to maintain a constant relation with you.
Online platforms would always be a key to sustained relationships.
Online platforms are great for nurturing relationships but the key is till faith and belief in relationship.
Very true Coach :)

Matrimonial and Dating Apps have made a great comeback as the opportunities for in-person have declined because of lockdown and social distancing.
