In my previous organisation, there was an AI tool who used to contact us and collect data on work satisfaction and was the AI enabled personal assistant of our MD.It was an interesting experiment & experience and now I see similar platform experience being written by you!!

I am sure there was some part of missing in the mountain over the last week as well as this year you will miss out on your yearly ritual of trekking!!

Virtual platform based teaching can not and will never supercede classroom based teaching. To build the relationship, in-person interaction is the key and then platforms can help to nurture. Your weekly reading dose gives new window to think.

Sir,Missing your interactive classes.

Insightful ! I still believe in the personal touch and the effect of an in person interaction, no matter all the digital platforms. However, I do believe that these platforms do increase our reach which was not there previously. Facilitator, yes but replacement no. Quality of relationships depends on the willingness to invest yourself personally in them. But these digital platforms do provide tools for such investment which was previously not there even though the willingness might have been.

Love the song shared as the parting note. One of my favourites from one of my favourite movies !

Sir, you took us through a very critical yet important part of our MBA. As an MBA intern, I would always be glad to have you as my faculty mentor.

Mentors like you set an example which is perfect indeed, of the LEADERS. I hope to seek your blessings for all my future endeavors.

What an optimistic newletter sir!!

Virtual platforms really made all of us connected even in this diconnected time. It was a pleasure to work under your guidance for 3 months during my summer internship. We all 23 people started with a normal conference call and see how the time took a twist, where we all established a very good relationship over zoom and google meet. You not only guided the upcoming managers but also made them realise that " The work must go on" if it is not done directly, no issues it could be done virtually. This positive approach made all of us to be#ReadyForBeyondCovid19World. :)

Now when the situation is about to relax, I would say, it was great receiving your newsletters every Sunday during this lockdown.

Your newsletters made this monotonous life in lockdown, interesting and has been thought provoking.

Once I stepped out of ibs Hyderabad, platform has been the most effective way to maintain a constant relation with you.

Online platforms would always be a key to sustained relationships.

Wonderful lines sir! Neccessity is always be the mother of invention. This perfectly suits on those matrimonial and dating apps who are providing free of cost service during lockdown.Even present scenario increase the demand of telecommunication sector which were in crisis earlier. So it's really a tough time to say that how industry will change but definitely Charles Darwin concept, survival of the fittest must be applicable in this era of crisis.

I really loved these lines from a song and i must say that life is all about making and building new connections at every phase. We meet thousands of people throughout our life and some of them become a part of our life in no time while others may not. Thats the beauty of life and i must say social media has really been a game changer for people who live in distant relationships and can barely meet . Social media really helps to connect them but still nothing can match the beauty of old relationships that were formed without social media.
