Well, this article reminded me of the lockdown period which was all about Food and testing new recipes every day. I smiled reading the whole article and i really agree that food platforms have really made our life easy from providing us groceries at home to booking tables for eating out just with a single click. All thanks to food industry which has been rapidly growing and social media is one of its main contributors.
Enjoyed your write-up sir looking forward to read many so such blogs in future. And thanks to my dad that he us bought mangoes and I was able to enjoy them.
Sir the way you connect the past experiences and the future demand or I can say present trend makes your work beautiful. Thank you sir for explaining the complex things with simplicity.
Refreshing piece Sir, would also like to mention the initiative Zomaland, jumping on the bandwagon of platforms like gobble and other similar webpage with celebrity tadka and carnival feels.
Zomato has been on a conglomerate kind of approach vs Swiggy which seems to be more focussed. Let us see what strategy makes more sense with Amazon in play !
I feel food is so personal that a person's emotions are attached to the food they eat. We are in such exciting times now that platforms have made it possible for the outside food to occupy a space in our kitchen. It will be interesting to see how platforms keep adding sides to it to increase its thickness and compete with other platforms. Respect for Platform like "Trice" for coming out with such noble initiative. Indeed the future and our present belong to platforms that will solve real-world problems. Shailendra Sir once again this article is so beautifully written and I must say that I am getting addicted to every new article you share. This gives so much perspective to what is happening around us. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this learning. Eagerly waiting to read more of your work.
Multisided networks have to keep adding sides to keep the customer engaged and increase stickiness with the platform. I am glad that you continue to update your knowledge and skills. All the best.
New words, new insights, and new information epitomises your newsletters.
Yes, agree to what you have said, mothers are magicians. So today itself I had, bhetki fish paturi (an authentic bengali delicacy). You must try, Coach. :)
Calcutta will be the best place for you to try!!! :D :D
The joy of sharing food, doubles the taste. Indeed, builds relationship.
I just got to know that pheti hui coffee is called Dalgona Coffee :D I am too outdated I guess. Another insightful read! Thank you for the plethora of information you bring in your newsletters:)
A very nice read on food & platform for this Sunday!! I am one of those as well who discovered that I too can have a healthy relationship with home cooked food and it’s nutrients! But the pheti hui coffee challenge was too cliche!!
Healthy relationship with food to start with ! But mixing Food and Business usually is disastrous from entrepreneurship perspective ! Restaurant ki Umar dedh Saal !
Platforms really have the power to help humanity evolve and reach millions of consumers across the country. I am really impressed by the work of ninjacart, fasal and trice community.
As being a fan of Mango and Mirza Ghalib myself , I would like to share a clip which would help you strengthen your relationship with them.
Platforms have the capacity to transform human lives and some of them might succeed doing that. Naseer Sahib playing Ghalib is an epitome of Indian TV. Had fun watching the clip.
Since last few weeks, I got habitual of your weekly dose. This started giving me one more motivation to wait for Sunday with lot of eagerness.
It's fascinating to know how platforms have not just changed lives of urban world but also rural world by uplifting farmers. Appreciate the work of Trice community and Aagaas.
AAGAAS led by JP Maithani Bhai is doing great work in Garhwal Himalayas. They have been leveraging on Platforms to make a difference in people's lives.
