I loved this article sir! I believe the concept of coexistence will touch everyone's heart who will watch that video and I recommend all the readers do please watch the entire video. Not only nature but businesses started to coexist as we saw apple and google are coming out with new technology. The six feet office technique is which most of the companies should practice post COVID- 19 to maintain the safety of fellow human beings. Most of the businesses should do re-engineering and come up with new business model in order to survive and the professionals who already set up their start ups or yet to start should re-think about their business idea and how the customers will respond to it post lockdown scenario.

Thank you sir for sharing your insights regarding the transformation of business because of the current situation. However, I could see that all the changes made by the businesses are only going to cater the needs of middle and upper middle class segments. What about the BOP and lower middle class? Will they be part of this transformation?

Rightly said sir!

Covid-19 has transformed business models for many companies and for us as well - during earlier days parents were reluctant to doorstep vaccination services but now we started getting lot of enquiries for doorstep vaccination services. This situation helped us to increase our presence on social medias. Our marketing spending has shifted towards FB & Google ads which we never explored.

Coach, this was absolutely a great read.

A very informative one.

But, I had one thing to ask. Any and every company, big or small is brainstorming and managing hard to sustain themselves in this crisis.

Do you think the damage is done? How long do you think it would take the companies to recover?

Well, lockdown days have been increased. And I agree as you said, “Life during Covid-19 turns us into a better human being.”

We need to stay positive and hopeful.

Waiting for your next newsletter, Coach. :)

I loved this blog. Its actually amazing how companies are pivoting.. and how quickly. How some companies are being opportunist in a good way is something to watch for. The world will have a new time standard pre & post COVID times.

Interning at the health tech space I see how the demand for UX has changed drastically just within the past 2 weeks. Adapting and adding on to existing in-clinic services to the tele-consultation services in no time not only helped us build a new product, but actually connect better with the patient. Now they communicate more often and directly with the business which helps to better understand their problems and resolve them with better solutions.

The key take away for me is the beauty of slowing down.

Though world is crazy about digital but I still believe that Digital is just the wrapper which means nothing if the underlying manual process breaksdown.

I can order grocery via a digital app but the is still dependent on laborers to pack, truckers to transport, and delivery guys to deliver.

So even though I had a fancy app but due to issues in the real things that keep the wheel moving, the UX goes for a toss.

Digital is cream, not the cake, for all businesses that involves physical goods. This definition changes for pure IT services. :)

Nice read!

I just saw an email from AirBnb on Online Experiences. While it is interesting to watch how businesses are struggling to remain afloat, it also makes me think if life going further will be a fantasy based on our online trips and treks and memories? Will I cherish today's morning walk to the vegetable shop and turn poetic while I look forward to the next one? Paranoid?

With so many changes across all the industries like working remotely, companies recruiting online and experiencing a paradigm shift in their operation. Sadly, It has created a feeling of immense uncertainty and agony among employees and on new jobholders. Every day, we are coming across news of major companies (especially tourism & hotel industries) or startups doing layoffs.

This global Pandemic may lead to a major transformation but at the cost of thousands of people losing their jobs.

Fantastic read! Specially the thought, businesses need to take an adaptive approach for survival and growth. Which hopefully will result in some much required reforms. Many unfortunate businesses are struggling to survive. They need more collaboration, innovation and humanitarian approach. There is likely to be more casualties of unemployment and furloughs in future across industries. More efforts like Amazon-Hyatt re-skill and temporary employment will be the need during covid times. This is one of the toughest times of the past century, but then most difficult times make way for miracles :-)
